Biography
Julius is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration and Public Policy at the Department of Political Science at Auburn University. His research interest focus on the connection of nonprofits in transparency and accountability, humanitarian and security issues, and community development.

He is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi's Department of Diplomacy and International Studies, where he obtained a Ph.D. in International Studies, with a focus on economic governance and public policy implications in the crisis-affected Lake Chad region of West Africa. Julius has worked in the development space in Kenya and Nigeria, where he served as lead researcher and consultant to several projects funded by organizations like the US Department of State and EU.
